How can you heal a Root Chakra blockage?
Specific tips for healing the root chakra. Learn how to heal root chakra blockages.
Once you identify, or feel, as though you have a Root Chakra blockage, the manner in which you choose to heal it highly depends on the cause of the blockage. You can’t necessarily heal the blockage that stems from financial causes if your blockage is the result of arguing at home, but there are a few fix-all solutions.
Take a walk outside. By far, the easiest, and most commonly recommended way to heal this blockage. Walking outside, even if for only 5 minutes a day, you are connecting your feet, through the base of which extends the Root Chakra, directly to the earth. The earth energy can then link up with you, to heal and rejuvenate your Root Chakra. The longer you spend outside, the more walks you go on, the more deeply you focus your intention to connect — the purer the level and intensity of the healing you will receive.
Take a bath. Guess what? Water comes from the earth too, and by submerging yourself in water, you are fully immersing yourself in the energy of the earth. Not only that, but the water from the bath will heal your Root Chakra by drawing out of your energy all the worries, thoughts, energies, and emotions that are no longer positively serving you. The water will then remove this energy, and with the release of the drain, it carries the water back to the earth to be healed and cleansed.
Is the source of your blockage financial?
It is important for you to know that no one wants you to fail, no one wants to see you financially struggle, especially your loved ones, Guides, and Angels on the other side. There will always be a way. And to get yourself through this, and to open your Root Chakra, you can do so by repeating the affirmation, “I have everything I need right in this moment, I will be provided for.” Each morning, when you wake up, repeat this affirmation to yourself. You will be provided for, things will work out, there is always a way.
What about job related blockages?
Ask yourself — what do I want to be doing with my life? What are my career goals? What do I want to achieve, on a soul level? This may take some soul searching, you may need to assess and re-assess these questions over the course of several days. After coming to an answer, next, ask yourself — what is holding me back from moving forward? What are my fears? What do I have standing in my way? What is stopping me from reaching my goals? The key to addressing the instability here is you — you need to set the intention for what you desire to achieve. As you as you set the intention to not only achieve it, but commit to making the changes and taking the steps necessary to do so, you will see the light at the end of your job tunnel. You will go to work with a hope that all is not lost, that you can succeed, and your Root Chakra will open, and heal.
The instability in your living situation could come from many different sources- displeasure with where you live, the actual dwelling or the neighborhood, the discontent at home, the threats of foreclosure or eviction, a cold shoulder from your roommate, or the feelings of inadequacy in comparison to your peers. But, the underlying reason is all the same. You feel uncomfortable in where you live and you desire change. What is holding you back from making that change? Identify it. You are in control here. If what’s stopping you is financial, take a look at your spending, identify cuts, and make them. If you feel as though the roadblock is someone else, find out who put them in charge, and change it. No one else has the right to make you feel uncomfortable, but it’s up to you to take the power back from them and put it into your own hands. Once you do that, reclaim the power over your own life, and genuinely intend to make changes, you will feel the strong, sturdy stability of a balanced and healed Root Chakra.
