Hey everyone! This is your friend Archie. I’m very glad to see you on my website where I share interesting and touching stories about animals. For the last weeks, I’ve been writing mostly about my breed and I hope that Jack Russell Terriers’ owners enjoy it. In this article, you will find more about Jack Russell Terrier's carrying.
So, there are 5 tips that will remind you how to treat the pet right.
Jack Russell’s short fur doesn’t need any special treatment. Usually, it’s usually smooth and pleasant when touching.
Wash your pet when the fur becomes dirty. There is no need to point bath time often. However, don’t forget to cut the animal’s clutches regularly.
The dogs of my breed are in love with active long walks. We need this at least two times a day. Running, jumping and hanging around are the best activities in the entire world! Especially we appreciate when our owners train us to prepare to animals’ competitions.
Although Jack Russell Terriers can live in a house, we are in love with endless exploring the streets. In addition, the dogs of these breed can’t stay for a long time in a closed space. We need freedom and long walks. Otherwise, we start spoiling furniture and acting aggressive.
Speaking of food, Jack Russells are not demanding. When pets are grown up, they have to be fed two times a day. Daily diet should include fresh meat. In addition, the pet’s organism has to get all the necessary vitamins to function well and be healthy. Feed the dog with vegetables & fruits, cereals, sea fish and eggs to enrich him with useful elements.
To sum up, the dogs of my breed are not demanding. Through the ages, we have been showing perfect hunting skills (if you're interested, read more about our history here). We are not decorative pets. We love freedom, long exhausting walks and exploring everything we face with on the streets.
